The ongoing pandemic has seen a shift in our industry trends. What really stood out for us was the new challenges our customers were facing and how important it is to react to these challenges promtply.
In April, May and June, many customers swung away from biometrics.
Initially, many changed to fobs and proximality cards but we had a big demand for face reading terminals and temperature reading features (and software to support these applications).
Employees needed to tracked and traced customers had visitors and needed to track and trace.
But the main development we had to meet as follows…
Clients wanted staff to work from home and we had to step up our programme of upgrading systems so they needed Web based software.
This meant many clients needed to be upgraded.
Fortunately we were able to react to this thanks to our development team.
As we started moving more of the bigger systems to web based our customers were requesting more features from our software and more report features.
Again, we developed our data explorer and this allowed us to massively improve the reporting features of our systems we are now offering a budget module for our customers.
We now have customers with over 1000 employees using our web based software.
